Flyers is committed to conducting its business in a lawful and ethical manner. Flyers expects that its vendors also conduct themselves in such a manner. Flyers has implemented various policies and procedures in an attempt to prevent human trafficking and slavery in its supply chains.
Flyers has a verification process which is used to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery in its supply chains. The verification is not conducted by a third party but rather relies on vendor self-certification.
Flyers does not currently conduct audits of its vendors to monitor vendors’ ongoing compliance with Flyers policy.
Flyers requests vendors certify that materials incorporated into their product comply with the laws regarding human trafficking and slavery of the countries in which they are doing business.
Flyers does not currently provide, but is in the process of developing, training on human trafficking and slavery for company employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. The training will include awareness of human trafficking and slavery risks in the supply chain and efforts to mitigate those risks. Once the training program is developed, Flyers will maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or vendors failing to meet company standards regarding human trafficking and slavery.
